Service Receptionist / Advisor - Full Time

We have an immediate opening for a motivated, customer-focused Service Receptionist / Advisor to join our Service Team. In this role, you’ll be guiding customers through their vehicle ownership experience with personalised, knowledgeable service and maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer service appointments, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs.
• Accurately document concerns and work closely with our technical and warranty teams for efficient diagnosis.
• Monitor the progress of vehicle servicing and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare invoices and offer honest, transparent advice.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer centric attitude.
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude.
• Service Advising experience is valued but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Commitment to customer service and satisfaction. 
• Current driver’s license.

Yard Team Member – Full Time

Taylor Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our dealership as a Yard Team Member. No prior experience is required – if you’re reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our multi-franchise dealership, responsible for maintaining the professional presentation of our dealership grounds and vehicles.

While the role runs Monday to Friday, we’re open to flexible hours for the right candidate – making it ideal for someone returning to work or seeking work-life balance.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles and premises are looking their best – contributing directly to the positive experience our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation across the showroom and yard.
• Safely move and strategically position vehicles around the dealership.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including:
  • Identifying and reporting damage or defects.
  • Checking fuel levels, tyre pressures, and overall presentation.
• Ensure customer vehicles are stored and maintained in line with dealership standards.
• Clean new, used, and service vehicles.
• Perform light yard maintenance such as weeding and sweeping.
• Assist with general hand duties as needed to support the broader team.
• Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manual driver’s licence (essential).
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation.
• Physically capable of performing hands-on work.
• Reliable, team-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
